Living a healthy lifestyle takes hard work and dedication, but it doesn’t have to be difficult. Everyone has a personal health journey that requires different areas of focus. I’m here to help you:

  • Set goals aligned with your values

  • Learn about nutrition and movement

  • Analyze data and identify your behavioral patterns

  • Connect with your body and mind

  • Provide strategies to set you up for success

  • Provide accountability to help you stay consistent when motivation is low

  • Practicing and learning about awareness using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Once we understand our behaviors, we can implement meaningful change (Learn more about ABA).

Getting started you will receive:

An initial intake form where you will share details about your nutrition/fitness habits and lifestyle.

  • Once the form is completed, we schedule our first meeting to meet one another and together, we will set personalized goals aligned with your values.

For the remainder duration of the program, you will receive:

  • A data entry form where you will track weekly progress for target behaviors we are working on

  • A visual display of your progress based on the data you have shared (updated weekly)

  • A monthly 1 hour Zoom meeting to check in on your health journey and discuss data, progress, and direction.

Personal training:

Moving our bodies is extremely important for maintaining muscles, flexibility, and a quality of life. My clients will receive services consisting of:

  • Fitness assessments to determine where you are now and monitor progress

  • Weight training session involving upper and lower body to target muscle growth using progressive overload

  • Provide feedback on form and technique with weight training

  • Access to a datasheet catered to you and your workouts to track your progress and progressive overload
